By accessing Outback Aces and playing our scavenged machines, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This platform is strictly for entertainment purposes and is available only to users aged 18 and older. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must disconnect from the Relay immediately.
Social Casino Virtual Economy (No Real Money Rule)
Outback Aces is a social casino. All gameplay is powered by our virtual currency, Opal-Tokens (OT). Opal-Tokens are completely free, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be purchased, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash, goods, or services. Success in our simulated games does not imply future success in real-money gambling. We offer pure outback thrills with zero financial risk.
Account Registration and Security Requirements
To save your progress and Opal-Token balance, you may create a free account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Outback Aces will never ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been compromised by another drifter, notify our support team immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our security policies.
Prohibited Conduct within the Scrapyard
The Relay is a sanctuary for all drifters. Abusive behavior, attempting to hack the game mechanics, using automated scripts (bots) to farm Opal-Tokens, or exploiting bugs will result in immediate banishment. We maintain a fair and entertaining environment, and any disruption to the simulated gameplay experience will not be tolerated.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content within Outback Aces, including the Sandstorm Slot, Compass Roulette, visual assets, lore, and site design, is the exclusive property of Outback Aces Digital Pty Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and play the games for personal entertainment. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Relay.
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
The Relay is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the scavenged machines will be completely free of errors. Outback Aces Digital Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any perceived loss of virtual tokens, data, or digital progression. Play is entirely at your own discretion and for entertainment only.
